Yannick Antoine (BE) just finished his art studies (majoring in Digital Art) at the École de Rercherche Graphique (Brussels). He's interested in synaesthesia and the social web (Flickr, YouTube, Second Life) as places for art intervention. In 2005, he co-produced "Cellule", an installation exhibited at openLAB and Parcours d'artistes in Saint-Gilles. The work was based on a text chat between the visitor and a character trapped in an ambiguous reality.
Yves Bernard (BE) is a computer science engineer with a first education in architecture. After 10 years as a scientific researcher, he founded in 1994 one of the first new media studio in Europe, Magic Media, which produced many art & culture cd-roms for major French publishers. He is one of the founder of iMAL and he currently teaches at ERG (www.erg.be), Saint-Lucas art schools and University of Liège.
Domenico Quaranta (IT) is an Italian art critic and curator focused on New Media Art. He is the author of the book "Net Art 1994 1998: La vicenda di Äda'web" (Milan 2004) and, together with Matteo Bittanti, the editor of "GameScenes. Art in the Age of Videogames" (Milan 2006). He curated several exhibitions in Italy, including: "GameScenes" (Turin 2005), "Radical Software" (Turin 2006), and co-curated "Connessioni leggendarie. Net.art 1995 2005" (Milan, 2005). He teaches "Net art" at the Accademia di Brera in Milan.

Second Front creates theatres of the absurd that challenge notions of virtual embodiment, online performance and the formation of virtual narrative.
Odyssey provides resources for artists and arts related organizations within Second Life. Odyssey was founded by Pacino Hercules and Sugar Seville as a place where artists can explore the new virtual space called Second Life. The simulator hosts projects by individual artists and organizations.
