[FR] La carte étudiée dans ce travail est une vue sur le zoning industriel de Waterloo et l’ancien parking du "Fiat-Belgo".
Le Fiat-Belgo était le plus grand garage fiat d’Europe dans les années 60.
Son parking est à présent à l’abandon.
Ses bâtiments sont réaffectés pour la plupart en ateliers de production industrielle.
Une dualité s’opère.
Le terrain vague est l’espace négatif, contraire du zoning industriel qui y est juxtaposé.
Ce dernier étant un lieu de rendement, de production, d’efficacité…

[EN]  The map studied in this work is a view of the industrial area of Waterloo and the former car park "Fiat-Belgo".
The Fiat-Belgo was the largest Fiat garage in Europe in the 60s.
Its parking is now abandoned.
Its buildings are reallocated mostly in industrial production workshops.
A duality occurs.
The waste ground is the negative space, the opposit of the industrial estate that is juxtaposed.
The latter being a place of performance, production efficiency ...
