Introduction workshop to 3D modeling for 3D printing
Blender is a powerful, free and open source 3D modeling software, used for animation, video games or data visualisation. This two-afternoons workshop will focus on Blender for 3D printing. Join us, and let's discover the possibilities of Blender!
This workshop will be lead by the artist coder François Zajéga.

The workshop will only take place if we reach a minimum amount of registrations. Details on payment will be send to you once we reached that amount.
Price: 30€ (for the two sessions)

The workshop is given in French (but the workshop leader does speak English)
Matériel à apporter pour chaque participant
- un ordinateur portable
- une souris 3 boutons
- [optionnel] un clavier externe avec pavé numérique (exemple)
- blender installé, blender.org
- inkscape installé, inkscape.org
Programme
Samedi 24 mars, 13:00 - 18:00
- 3d: concepts de base [théorie]
- initiation blender [pratique]
- présentation de l'interface
- modes d'édition et outils standards
- format d'exportation
- exercice pratique
Au terme de cet après-midi, vous serez capable de:
- manipuler les fonctionnalités basiques de modellage du logiciel;
- modéliser un objet simple;
- exporter cet objet pour l'impression 3D.
Samedi 31 mars, 13:00 - 18:00
- opérateurs et modificateurs d'objets
- utilisation des courbes
- importation/exportation de formes vectorielles
- outils de sculpting
- exercice pratique
Au terme de cet après-midi, vous serez capable de:
- manipuler les fonctionnalités avancées de modellage du logiciel
- modéliser un objet complexe.
